Dovers Green Primary School – Reigate

Countryside was fortunate to be awarded this contract, for a long-standing client, this project comprised a few different aspects to this project.

Within this project we were tasked with the design and installation of railings – permitter fencing – gates and a new retaining wall. 

Through careful planning and numerous design drawings we were able to successfully complete all the aspects of this project.

Countryside we were tasked with designing and installing a new timber sleeper retaining wall, because of the different ground levels around the school, within the design we had to make allowances for the installation of the new fencing and gates, to make sure that the wall worked with the fencing and ground levels around the site. 

We then had the railing element for entrance to the foyer of the school, due the 700mm difference and height from ground level and the threshold and the limited amount of room that we had, this raised lots of design problems and potential loss of revenue to our client.

With care design and planning we manged to overcome this for our client and create a solution that worked well. Finally, we installed ‘V Mesh’ fencing around the site which with the careful planning and designs made the installation process of the retaining wall, work seamlessly.
