Projects

Ocean Ridge, Seabrook
Our works at Ocean Ridge, Seabrook, were to install a new retaining wall to replace a partially collapsed cribbing wall. The Civil Engineering team were contracted to complete the project in 14 weeks, carrying out site clearance and excavating 25mtrs of footings before pouring them with C20/25 concrete.

Aylesham Recreation Ground
A programme of external works was successfully completed at Aylesham, comprising the construction of a new pedestrian footpath providing access to the existing play park, together with essential car park upgrades. The works delivered improvements to site access, surface water management, and overall safety, incorporating ACO drainage channels, a Polystorm soakaway system, and solar-powered lighting. Despite challenging cold weather conditions, the project was completed within a five-week programme, delivering a durable and sustainable long-term solution for the local community.

Church And Dwight
The project involved the excavation and replacement of a damaged kerb line and footpath. Works included the installation of new kerbing, strengthening the kerb line with C30 concrete to prevent HGV overrun, and the construction of a new tarmac footway to provide a durable and safe finish.

Borden Lane
BDW contracted the team to install a new pedestrian crossing point and refuge island at Borden Lane. The works included traffic management, excavation and removal of existing footpaths, kerbs, and island, installation of new drop kerbs, tactile paving, a new refuge island, TMP and concrete bollards, relocation of an existing road gully, and the application of new road markings to enhance pedestrian safety.

Terlingham
Walker Construction commissioned the team to transform the garden by designing and installing a striking new retaining wall. Facing a challenging embankment, the project demanded a strong and reliable solution to maximise usable space while ensuring lasting stability and safety. The result not only reshapes the landscape but also creates a functional, inviting outdoor area for the resident to enjoy.
