Stagecoach, Lea Interchange
Countryside delivered a comprehensive access control solution for Stagecoach’s Lea Interchange bus garage. The installation featured hydraulic automated barriers engineered for continuous duty operation and rapid opening times, ensuring smooth vehicle flow. Windshield tag readers were deployed to provide fast and efficient access for authorised vehicles, while a GSM intercom system enabled secure and convenient visitor access. In addition, a range of safety devices was integrated to protect both vehicles and pedestrians, enhancing overall site safety and security.
Thames View School
Our automation team installed a new cabling infrastructure, gate drive motors, and a fully integrated control cabinet. Safety motion sensors and hinge-mounted anti-crush protection were incorporated in accordance with the Machinery Directive and EN 12453, ensuring safe operation and risk mitigation. The installation was fully compliant with CE and UKCA marking requirements, supported by appropriate risk assessments and technical documentation.
Heathcote School
Countryside Gate Automation carried out a detailed site survey and proposed a new set of gates with 358 mesh infill, providing a high level of security. It was also recommended that the existing
automation system was replaced for a 24v electromechanical system, with the required safety devices and new ground induction loop.
